What is the Visiting Nurse Association of Southern NH Foundation

The Visiting Nurse Association of Southern NH Foundation is a non-profit, charitable 501 C3 organization created to provide financial support to the various programs of the Visiting Nurse Association of Manchester & Southern NH (also a non-profit charitable organization).

The Foundation is committed to building lifelong relationships with members of the community, active fundraising, and the management of funds received through gifts and bequests.

The Visiting Nurse Association of Southern NH Foundation raises money and accepts gifts for the sole benefit of supporting and advancing the VNA of Manchester & Southern NH’s Home Health, Hospice, and Community Service Programs. Funding campaigns are typically in the form of an annual appeal, capital funding initiative, planned giving, events, tributes, memorials and more.

Your giving will help the VNA continue to pave the way for programs and education for our patients, family, friends, and neighbors.

Foundation Mission

To advance the development and delivery of homecare, hospice, and community based services provided through the Visiting Nurse Association of Manchester & Southern NH.

For over a hundred years, the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Manchester & Southern New Hampshire has been providing high quality, compassionate care to those in need. Every year the VNA addresses the needs of this community by instituting and supporting programs critical to the health of our most vulnerable members.

In addition to the VNA’s function as a quality home health and hospice provider, the VNA provides several critical community programs including affordable childcare, parent education and bereavement support and counseling.
