A program of healthcare services designed to care for those with life limiting conditions that wish to continue to seek treatment and/or cure, but who also want to maintain satisfying quality of life and manage their symptoms. The VNA of Manchester and Southern NH work with Elliot Palliative Care Service in providing for Palliative Care Medical consultations.
